Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us photos, videos and your order number. We will send a replacement if the evidence shows as faulty.


Change-of-Mind Returns

Because our products ship directly from our fulfilment partners, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges at this time. Please check measurements, colours, and descriptions carefully before ordering.
