Stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper. Mark the end of your longest toe and measure the distance. Check both feet and use the longer measurement.

Use the foot-length references below, then choose the paired size. The UK label is the supplier’s guide; your measured foot length is the better starting point.
Leave room for a good fit
Your heel and toes should sit inside the footbed without overhanging. Between sizes or unsure about width? Send us your foot length and usual UK size before ordering.

The raised orange shapes give a noticeable, textured massage-like feel as you stand and move. It is a bumpy surface rather than a smooth footbed. Start with short periods and stop if the texture feels uncomfortable.
Which size should I choose?
Measure both feet from heel to longest toe and use the longer measurement with the guide on this page. UK labels are supplier guidance. The largest pair is labelled CN 48–49, but only CN 48 has a supplied foot-length reference (29 cm). If you are between sizes, have wide feet or need help with the largest pair, email hello@inspree.co.uk before ordering.
Can a pack contain different sizes?
The pack selector adds the chosen number of pairs in the size selected above it. For different sizes, add them separately to your basket. The automatic two- or three-pair saving applies across SoleReset sizes. Pack discounts do not stack and apply once per order.
Can I wear them indoors and outdoors?
Yes: around the house, on a dry patio and for relaxed casual outings. Take care on wet or slippery surfaces. They are everyday slides, not sports or safety footwear.
How do I look after them?
Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air-dry away from direct heat. Avoid harsh cleaners, tumble drying and hot radiators.
When will my order arrive?
Allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days from dispatch. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Standard UK delivery is £2.99, with free shipping on orders of £35 or more.
What if I need to return them?
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact Inspree before returning anything. Change-of-mind returns go to the designated overseas address at your expense and must be complete and in their original condition. Faulty or incorrect items are handled under our returns policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Are these suitable for a foot condition?
SoleReset is everyday massage-texture footwear, not an orthopaedic treatment. If you have plantar fasciitis, an injury or an ongoing foot condition, check with your podiatrist before choosing backless slides. Stop wearing them if uncomfortable.
